Born in Mexico City, Willie began playing in the mid-1990s. His eclectic style is rooted in Rock and Roll, Rockabilly, Blues, Blues Rock and Country.

Influences include Scotty Moore, Muddy Waters, Brian Setzer, Dick Dale, Robbie Krieger, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Winter, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent.

With THORNWATER, he seeks to turn every performance into a true musical ceremony.

EM8 began studying piano at 7 and guitar at 9. His original compositions led him to win two music festivals at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

His guitar influences include David Gilmour, George Lynch, Steve Clark, John Sykes and Phil Collen.

After playing in different bands, he found in THORNWATER a family united by passion, mutual support and the commitment to always give their best.

Music had been Mariana's dream since she was 14. In 2022 she picked up a guitar for the first time and began her musical path alongside composer Fernando Campos, who also introduced her to drums and invited her to Ánima Cromo.

In 2026, four people invited her to play bass. She discovered a special connection with its four strings and found the instrument that now feels like her own.

Her roots are grunge, punk and metal, while blues has become another key part of her journey.

Born in Mexico City, Pablo's musical path began when his father gave him his first guitar. Everything changed when he discovered Bon Jovi and the energy of Tico Torres.

His influences range from Bon Jovi, KISS, Creedence, The Eagles and U2 to Metallica, Mötley Crüe and The Awakening. Peter Criss is another major inspiration.

Today he brings force, attitude and a true passion for rock to THORNWATER.

Erik began singing in elementary school and has played guitar for most of his life. His musical identity ranges from boleros and rancheras to rock, blues and metal.

In addition to being THORNWATER’s lead vocalist, Erik is an experienced composer and lyricist, bringing songwriting craft, narrative instinct and lyrical depth to the band’s original music.

Rob Halford is a major vocal influence, alongside the power of bands such as Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Nine Inch Nails and Rammstein.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Washington State, Erik moved to Mexico City in 2009 and now brings that blend of influences and raw energy to THORNWATER.
